The Permitting Process in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties
The process typically involves submitting detailed architectural and engineering plans, a site plan showing setbacks, and energy calculations.
For additions, you must prove that the new structure won't encroach on property lines or easements (setbacks). You must also ensure your current septic system or sewer tap can handle the increased capacity (e.g., if you are adding a bedroom or bathroom).
HOA Approvals
